Trying to stay up with times without losing humanity

Times are definitely starting to speed up. Technology is progressing faster and faster every day. As it does, people are using it more and more. It's becoming a Norm to spend more time online than not. In my opinion, as time goes on, people are becoming less sympathetic and are willing to say harsher things about one another as well. I feel that this is because of the fact that they can say things without a face being connected. It really takes the humanity out of situations. As this progresses over time, it tends to get worse. Just take a look at the news or really read the posts on Facebook. People are putting more and more effort into tearing each other down. It's sad really. These are the types of things that are causing a lot of the violence these days. I don't want to go to deep into it right now, but think of all of these mass shootings. Think of these children taking there own lives over being bullied. Think of maybe something you thought or said to/about someone. Scary, huh? We really need to start spending more time with one another. Get back to the roots of our humanity! We especially need to try and think before we say things to one another. Try and put ourselves in their shoes. I don't know.... I just thought that you could give it some thought and let me know. Thanks for your time and consideration 😊
